“Allah! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.”

(Sunan An-Nasa’i, Al-Kubra 9928 & Ibn Hibban, Kitab As-Salah).

“Say: He is Allah, [who is] One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.”

Surah Al-Falaq (1x):

“Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak, from the evil of that which He created, and from the evil of darkness when it settles, and from the evil of the blowers in knots, and from the evil of an envier when he envies.”

Surah An-Nas (1x):

“Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the Sovereign of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the retreating whisperer who whispers into the breasts of mankind, from among the jinn and mankind.”

(Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith 1523 & Sunan An-Nasa’i, Hadith 1336).

6. Du’a for Assistance in Worship:

If you pray the Sunnah in the Mosque: Pray 4 Rak’ahs (2+2).

(Sahih Muslim, Hadith 881).

If you pray the Sunnah at Home: Pray 2 Rak’ahs.

(Sahih Al-Bukhari, Hadith 937).

E. The Hour of Acceptance (Sa’at al-Istijabah):

Make abundant du’a during the last hour of Friday (between Asr and Maghrib), as the Prophet ﷺ stated there is an hour on Friday where no Muslim asks Allah for good except that He grants it.

(Sunan Abi Dawud, Hadith 1048; Sahih Al-Bukhari, Hadith 935 & Sahih Muslim, Hadith 852).
